Common questions
Does the delivered price include freight to my driveway?
Yes, for standard-access addresses in VA, WV, MD, and PA. Liftgate delivery is included. Tight lanes, steep gravel, or sites a 53-foot trailer cannot reach are quoted before you pay.
What should I do when the crate arrives?
Photo the crate from all sides before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (BOL). That protects you if something shifted in transit.
Do I need a trailer or forklift to unload?
No forklift required. The carrier uses a liftgate to set the crate at your driveway. You will need a way to remove the machine from the crate — usually a few hours with common rigging or a small helper machine.
