0. Estimates, invoice, and payment
Listed machine prices are estimates for planning. Checkout uses Request delivered invoice — an unpaid draft order. We confirm availability, sell price, and freight access with the active warehouse desk, then send a final invoice. Payment (Authorize.net link or wire) is collected only after you accept that invoice. Unpaid drafts may be cancelled after 14 days without acceptance or payment.
Limited-access or specialty sites may need a carrier surcharge quoted before you pay. Decline and we cancel the unpaid draft before dispatch.
1. Setup check and buyer assembly
Machines arrive in factory transit crates. The buyer completes setup check — fluids, bolt torque, grease, canopy — before first engine operation.
2. Warranty pass-through
Component warranties are provided by Shandong Huayee Heavy Industry. Holler Equipment Co. facilitates claims, diagnostics, and stateside parts dispatch.
3. Freight and damage protocols
Free liftgate shipping applies to standard-access addresses in VA, WV, MD, and PA. Photograph transit damage and note it on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
4. Privacy (summary)
We collect form fields you submit, optional phone for texting back, and standard analytics. We do not sell personal data. Full privacy policy pending attorney review.
